E-Kart Racing

Go-kart racing has been around for a long time. The karts are loud with engines that require a lot of maintenance and fuel... lots of fuel. Due to the exhaust, racing had to be outside to protect from being overcome with the toxicities. An electric go-kart, such as the karts being raced at Racer's Edge in Burbank, eliminate all of the headaches. Electric motors require significantly less maintenance, are whisper quiet, all powered by fumeless electricity. The karts are very fast and handle sharp corners tightly due to a heavy and low center of gravity... all indoors.
